What you will be doing
Acting collaboratively and cross-functionally, the AVP, Product Management will lead product initiatives supporting the strategic development and direction of all the company’s product lines. This role will also oversee portions of underwriting operations for the firm
What you need to succeed
The selected candidate will bring extensive knowledge of the commercial lines industry, with an advanced understanding of underwriting, coverage, rules, forms, regulatory environment, risk management, pricing/filing processes, and financials.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Finance, or similar required.
7+ years of experience in insurance product management or in the insurance field is required.
3 or more years of previous leadership and management of others experience.
Must be strong in managing complex, large-scale product development projects, or proven competence.
CPCU or other insurance designations are preferred.
Compensation
Our client is a offering salary of up to $210K plus a bonus and industry-leading benefits.
