Overall Purpose

This position leads the vision, strategy and execution across a portfolio of Zelle products. The role will set the tone, performance, and culture for the Zelle product organization. Additionally, this role will build, align, and motivate cross functional teams (including owner bank advisory groups) with a common understanding of the customer’s pain points and the passion to solve issues and develop innovative solutions that delight customers.

Essential Functions

Lead the Zelle product portfolio end-to-end as a business; responsible for the P&L and growth strategy end-to-end.

Serve as an industry expert, building internal and external coalitions and alignment on product strategy and execution.

Leverage a deep understanding of the market, industry, and competitive environment, translating advantages to a winning position.

Create, influence, and inspire cross functional mission-based teams aligned to solve real customer problems.

Directly influence executives, advisory board members, and customer leadership with strong vision, strategy, and product execution.

Lead a team through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products.

Drive product development with a team of engineers, data scientists and designers. Work closely across marketing, sales, analytics, design, and development partners. Drive strong go to market strategies to attain product revenue and client adoption targets. Holds teams accountable to internal financial targets, customer net promoter and satisfaction goals.

Attract, build, manage, and develop a talented, diverse, equitable and inclusive team of product managers and product leaders. Be an active coach with the ability to make difficult talent decisions.

Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.

Manage multiple products and priorities, scale teams, and ensure org is effective, healthy, and set up for success by establishing clear and measurable goals.

Support the company's commitment to protect the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.

Minimum Qualifications

Education and/or experience typically obtained through completion of BA/BS degree in a quantitative field (ex. engineering, math, operations research).

15 + years of related work experience.

Demonstrated senior leadership in leading teams to design excellent products and successfully leading cross-functional initiatives.

Proven experience in and passion for building and delivering great products.

Influential leadership capable of attracting and retaining the industry’s best talent.

Demonstrated experience in setting a product strategy, roadmap, and meeting product revenue targets.

Demonstrated experience driving alignment at the executive and client leadership level.

Background and drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree

Prior experience working in payments, financial services or similar regulated industry.

People management experience.

Physical Requirements

Early Warning works together in a highly collaborative office environment. As such, working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers.

The Pay Scale For This Position In

Phoenix, AZ in USD per year is: $250,000 - $300,000

New York, NY in USD per year is: $300,000 - $350,000
