Vice President of Property Management

The Vice President of Property Management is responsible for leading strategic growth initiatives, identifying and cultivating business opportunities, negotiating partnerships, and fostering key client relationships. This executive plays a pivotal role in driving revenue, expanding market presence, and ensuring the long-term success of the organization.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and market trends.
Market Analysis
Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and potential competitive threats.
Partnership and Alliances
Build and manage strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance the company's product/service offerings and market reach
Sales Leadership
Provide guidance to the sales team, set revenue targets, and contribute to the development of effective sales strategies.
Negotiation
Lead negotiations for partnerships, contracts, and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
Team Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure cohesive execution of business development initiatives.
Performance Metrics
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development efforts and adjust strategies accordingly
Innovation
Stay abreast of industry innovations and emerging technologies, incorporating them into business development plans when applicable.
Reporting
Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on business development progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Budget Oversight
Manage budgets related to business development activities, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve objectives.
Compliance
Ensure that all business development activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
Continuous Improvement
Continuously assess and refine business development processes to adapt to changing market conditions and optimize outcomes.
Education & Experience
Master's degree in related field
Proven experience in Business Development leadership roles, including VP or similar positions.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends.
Experience with budget management.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team.
