Partnership Procurement Manager

What You'll Do
Ensure products and services are aligned with partnership strategy and purchased in the most cost- and time-efficient manner. This includes evaluating contracts and vendors and serving as a mediator between vendors and IMA
Work to identify opportunities to reduce expenses, consolidate services, and achieve greater leverage through vendor opportunities
Help shape IMA procurement standards for vendor management and roll out these standards as they are defined and approved
Provide assistance and guidance to user departments regarding the clarification of purchasing policies, procedures, practices; advises user groups of correct methodologies to be employed
May conduct, analyze and award competitive bids (RFQ, RFI and RFP)
Execute financial and management reporting for partnerships with careful attention to detail, thoughtful examination, insightful discussion, and accuracy
Perform project/initiative, business case, and ad hoc scenario analyses to inform planning. Providing insight and recommendation as directed
Contribute to special projects, as needed
Manage relationships with senior business executives across the organization
Support and demonstrate IMA's core values
You Should Have:
Bachelor's degree is required; MBA or related graduate degree is preferred
Two to five years of experience in a procurement, vendor management or related field is preferred
Strong negotiation skills ; ability to negotiate with internal and external (vendor) stakeholders to achieve the best solutions for IMA technology
Ability to manage multitask operations/projects and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to view situations in an objective or critical manner and choose the best solution accordingly
Use brainstorming techniques to create a variety of solutions, thinking outside the box when necessary
Execute strategy through others to create alignment, a positive mindset and build capability in people and collaborate effectively with others
Lead processes, understand the business , including its critical interdependencies, and the short and long-term trade-offs of decisions

In addition to our robust benefits package, the hiring range for this position is $85,000 - $126,000. Final offer amounts will depend on a variety of factors.
