Job Summary:

Bear Robotics is seeking a highly skilled Online Partnerships Manager to develop our online partnership initiatives. This role requires someone with a solid track record in fostering impactful partnerships within the food-tech landscape, spanning innovative startups like cloudkitchen.com to industry giants such as DoorDash and UberEats.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

Cultivate and secure strategic online partnerships, developing relationships with companies of all sizes in the food delivery space.

Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth integration of our services with partner platforms.

Own the partnership journey from initial engagement to successful execution and ongoing management.

Uphold strong, long-term relationships with partners through excellent PR and communication strategies.

Create compelling partnership announcements and maintain communication channels, showcasing Bear Robotics' commitment to collaboration.

Collaborate with internal teams, aligning partnership efforts with broader company goals and narratives.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None

Required Skills/Abilities/Qualifications:

A portfolio of successful partnerships with evidence of ongoing relationship management through effective PR practices.

High proficiency in drafting and editing press releases, partnership announcements, and other PR materials.

Strong technical comprehension with the ability to work alongside engineering teams.

Stellar negotiation, sales, interpersonal, and public relations skills.

Outstanding organizational skills and a methodical approach to project management.

Strategic thinker with the initiative to identify and pursue new partnership avenues.

Tech-savvy individual comfortable in fast-paced, evolving scenarios, who can effortlessly translate technical details into benefits for partners.

Compelling communicator and savvy negotiator, equipped with excellent writing abilities.

Ability to navigate daily requests with the same ease as managing high-level partner relations.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Over 5 years in online partnerships or business development with a significant PR component.
