What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Oversee the sales team supporting field sales, sales operations, and inside sales
Provide leadership and direction to the sales enablement, operations, and support team
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans aligned with company objectives
Manage sales operations infrastructure and CRM systems for optimal performance
Direct analytics and business intelligence functions to provide actionable insights for sales optimization
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or sales operations in K-12 solutions
10-15 years of experience managing remote sales professionals
Proven experience in managing sales support teams in the K-12 industry
Strategic growth mindset with a proven ability to execute regional sales plans
Intimate understanding of state and federal legislation impacting public and nonpublic funding
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with procuring, driving, and collaborating for K-12 Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
Effective in cross-functional collaboration and relationship management
Leadership style focused on listening, supporting, teaching, and inspiring
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and external stakeholders
