IT Administrator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for an IT Administrator with our growing client based in Kirkland, WA. This would be a contract role and last a minimum of 6 months and would start right away.
Responsibilities:
Technology Systems Administration & Support:
First level tech support for end-users.
Management of desktop computers, servers, and office peripherals.
Address and resolve user issues with hardware, software, and other tech assets.
Ensure software maintenance and coordinate with third-party vendors as necessary.
Security & Information Operations:
Ensure proper security configurations for technology assets.
Manage users and access rights.
Implement data backup, recovery, and monitoring of systems.
Provide IT support for internal systems and network infrastructure.
Technical Knowledge & Vendor Management:
Keep updated on installed tech systems.
Coordinate with tech vendors for hardware and software issues.
Demonstrate flexibility in managing varied tasks and workloads.
Who You Are:
Degree in computer science or relevant experience (1-3 years).
Skilled in:
Operating Systems (Windows).
Database Management (Microsoft SQL Server).
Microsoft Active Directory/Domain environments.
Multi-factor Authentication (MFA), Microsoft 365, Windows Servers, and more.
Familiarity with programming languages/concepts like VBA, SQL scripting, and Python.
Exceptional customer service and troubleshooting skills.
Proactive with a positive attitude and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Compensation:
·$35-40/hr
