The Role
Amped Kitchens is actively seeking a Leasing Specialist/Community Manager to drive customer engagement and build spirit at our L.A. locations.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, and professional, with a passion for food and small businesses.
Specific Accountabilities :
Sales & Leasing : Discovery calls with new leads. Taking prospective tenants on building tours. Sales follow-ups and closing. Maintaining excellent notes in our CRM system.
Community-Building : Working with our Marketing team to send regular updates to our clients and the broader community. Provide on-the-ground coordination for special events, including building mixers.
Customer Service : Help tenants find great solutions to their needs. Connect them to resources inside and outside of Amped to help drive success and satisfaction.
Front Office : Be the face of Amped to our clients. Welcome customers and visitors. Set a positive, energetic tone for the community every day. Answer direct calls and emails.
Office Management : General office tasks including managing tenant keycards and access, mail sorting, document scanning, word processing, organization.

Qualifications
Customer service experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
Passion for the local food scene
Proficiency in AppFolio is a plus
Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
Compensation
$59,000-$63,000. OTE (base plus on-target commission)
No limit to upside.
