We are currently seeking a Leasing Consultant for our busy Long Beach leasing office (approx. 600 units) – 1 year experience in leasing or customer service/sales is required.
You must also be organized, possess effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to find appropriate solutions to challenges – every day. You are the go-to person who provides assistance to our future and current residents. Experience with Yardi Voyager and CRM would be awesome!
Responsibilities include:
Managing our phones which are always busy.
Providing extraordinary customer service by demonstrating our community to prospective residents.
Supporting and adding value to the company’s marketing efforts.
Generating a consistent of flow of qualified traffic.
Assisting in the development and maintenance of successful resident retention programs.
Planning and coordinating resident functions.
Delivering updated local market conditions to Community Manager keeping us up to date about the competition.
