We are currently searching for a talented Electrical Engineer/Project Manager to join and grow with our Electrical team! This is a flexible work environment hybrid or remote role where you can work from the office or from home and can be located anywhere in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Charlottesville, VA, Des Moines, IA, Wichita, KS, San Antonio, Dallas, or in the Fredericksburg / Austin TX area!

You’ll work on everything from skyscrapers to small tenant improvements, utilities and water/wastewater facilities, grocery to retail and laboratories to educational facilities. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college.

Licensed Electrical Engineer with ability to be licensed in multiple states.

Experience as the electrical discipline lead on project and responsible to the project manager or client.

Project management experience, or interest/capability in becoming a project manager.

Understand design codes, standards, specifications and ability to interpret them.

Ability to travel as needed for team meetings, client consultations, field surveys, construction observation, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of 5+ years related experience in Commercial and/or Industrial system design, or water and wastewater facilities.

Proficient in applicable electrical codes, interior lighting design, exterior/outdoor lighting design, voltage drop calculations, power distribution design, one-line diagrams, schematics, back-up power systems, and control systems.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Conducting field investigations, condition assessments, write reports and interfacing with clients.

SKM proficiency in short circuit, load flow, fault analysis, and arc flash.

Experience with water and wastewater facility design.

Revit and/or Autocad experience.

Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $135,000 to $150,000 based on skill set and experience.
