HOORAE Media seeks a visionary and results-driven leader to serve as Vice President of Marketing on our dynamic Fête team. This executive leadership role reports directly to the Head of Marketing, playing a critical part in driving the growth and success of the company across HOORAE Film and TV, Raedio, and ColorCreative.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Vision and Leadership: Collaborate with Head of Marketing to define and then implement the overarching marketing vision for HOORAE and its multifaceted properties, including shows, podcasts, events, music, digital series, and products. Develop and execute integrated campaigns that resonate with our audience and support long-term business goals.

Operational Excellence and Team Management: Oversee the daily operations of the marketing team, providing strong leadership and direction to key personnel. This includes the Sr. Director of Social Media, Director of Digital Marketing & Strategy, Project Manager, and Creative Director. Nurture a high-performing, collaborative, and innovative environment.

Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with stakeholders across the organization, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment of marketing initiatives. Work hand-in-hand with various departments to amplify campaign success.

Digital and Social Media Marketing Expertise: Demonstrate a proven record of success in leading cutting-edge digital and social media strategies that result in measurable achievement of business goals. Possess deep knowledge of paid advertising, audience development, and emerging social platforms to consistently exceed campaign goals.

Entertainment Marketing Mastery: Leverage deep entertainment industry experience to create strategies that generate buzz and maximize brand recognition within the competitive landscape.

Data-driven decision-making: Analyze data meticulously to guide your strategic choices, optimize campaigns, and push for continuous improvement. A/B test like a pro and master audience segmentation.

Project Management and Execution: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of complex marketing projects. Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and external partnerships with precision. Ensure timely execution and flawless delivery of campaigns.

Trendspotting and Technology Adoption: Maintain a pulse on the latest marketing trends and technologies. Identify and proactively integrate innovations to maintain HOORAE's competitive edge.

Leadership Reporting and Communication: Establish a clear cadence for providing regular updates and detailed reports on the progress of marketing initiatives. Craft presentations that effectively communicate progress, strategies, and results to senior leadership, ensuring opportunities for feedback and strategic course correction.

Strategic Implementation and Resource Management: Partner collaboratively with the Head of Marketing to translate overarching business goals and strategies into actionable marketing solutions. Leverage existing resources effectively, while efficiently identifying any additional resources required for successful execution.

Qualifications:

8+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles, with a demonstrable track record in the entertainment industry. Proven expertise in digital, social, and content marketing is essential.

Prior experience managing a team of marketing professionals, with a focus on mentorship and growth.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. Ability to inspire teams, build consensus across stakeholders, and present compelling ideas at executive levels.

Strategic thinker with a knack for translating complex concepts into actionable plans. Ability to see the big picture while ensuring flawless execution of the details.

Data-fluent with strong analytical skills and experience driving insights and optimization from multiple data sources.

Adept at navigating a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Thrives under pressure, juggling multiple projects and tight deadlines.

Deep knowledge of presentation tools (Keynote, Google Slides, etc.), project management software (Airtable, Monday, etc.), and marketing automation platforms.

Unwavering passion for HOORAE and its diverse entertainment properties.

Salary Range: $165k - $175k + discretionary/performance bonus structure.
