Job Summary
The Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing customer data, generating actionable insights, and contributing to improving customer experiences. Engage directly with customers, gather feedback, and use data to drive informed business decisions aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and organizational success.
Responsibilities and Duties
Customer Data Analysis:
o Reconcile customer data against our data.
o Collect, clean, and analyze customer data using various tools and techniques to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.
o Interpret data and provide insights to assist in understanding customer behavior, preferences, and needs.
o Perform root cause analysis on data errors and fix recuring errors.
Customer Engagement and Feedback:
o Interact with customers to gather feedback, understand their requirements, and identify pain points.
Data Visualization and Reporting:
o Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate insights and findings to both internal and external stakeholders.
o Provide regular updates and insights to the team and management based on the analysis of customer data.
Security and Compliance
o Protects company data at all times.
o Educates oneself on security measures to protect company property (e.g. shoulder surfing, phishing attacks, etc)
o Be aware of all potential threats and surroundings.
o Never write down information from your computer’s monitor.
o Do not share any company information unless you have confirmed that person’s identity.
o Maintains knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and the ClearBalance policies that support compliance with BSA.
o Performs all duties in a manner that fully supports compliance with all laws and ClearBalance policies.
Qualifications:
Must have SQL experience.
Prefer an MIS or Computer Science degree and 1 or 2 years of experience.
Some healthcare experience or Patient Accounting System interaction would be beneficial.
Revenue Cycle experience would be a plus but not required.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present complex data.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel).
Previous experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
