Job Description
A large healthcare system in Philadelphia, PA is looking to hire an Assistant Director for their Clinical Trials Office. This candidate will be responsible for overseeing 5 multidisciplinary oncology disease groups. They will directly manage 5 Clinical Research Project Managers and indirectly manage the coordinators and data managers. Outside of their management duties, they will be responsible for creating policies and procedures. The role is 50/50 meetings (spot-checking the PM's work) and creating process improvement/ policy development.

Skills and Requirements
5 years of clinical trial experience
2-3 years of management experience
Bachelors Degree
Experience in patient-facing / interventional clinical trials Masters Degree
Oncology Experience null
