• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of Contact Center technologies.
• Utilizing expertise in NICE Engage, Verint I360, NICE Nexidia, Verint Speech Analytics, Hitachi HCP, StorageGrid, and Wilmac Continuity Replay to deliver effective solutions.
• Demonstrating proficiency in Contact Center solutions for large enterprises and cloud storage integration.
• Applying Agile Kanban methodology to manage project workflows efficiently.
• 5+ years of experience in Call Recording technologies.
• 3+ years of experience in Interaction Analytics.
• 2+ years of experience with NICE Engage and/or Verint I360.
• 2+ years of experience with NICE Nexidia and/or Verint Speech Analytics.
• 1+ year of experience with Hitachi HCP or StorageGrid.
• Experience with Wilmac Continuity Replay is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in Contact Center solutions for large enterprises.
• 1+ year of experience in cloud storage integration.
