Responsibilities
Process and coordinate all equipment orders taken by outside sales personnel and direct sales from customers via telephone and email.
Answer and support inbound customer calls, converting calls into quotes and orders.
Prepare quotes from salespersons and enter orders for sales obtained.
Estimate delivery dates for customers based on factory production and delivery schedules.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Work with outside sales representatives to keep account activities and literature up to date.
Investigate and resolve customer problems with deliveries, coordinating with the invoicing team, logistics team, and warehouse.
