The Lead Conversation Specialist Opportunity:
As a Lead Conversation Specialist at TSI, you'll help small to medium-sized businesses develop their overall web presence. We are looking for someone with a hunter mentality to sell our products and collect uncapped commission along the way.
Responsibilities:
Master pre-defined talk tracks to guide prospect conversations.
Qualify inbound leads as sales qualified prospects. All these leads filled out our lead form and asked for more information.
On a typical day, you will dial the phone 180 times, talk to 25 to 30 people, and qualify 6-10 prospects.
Administer live transfers to our dedicated Account Executives to run demos with prospective clients.
Set individual and team goals and work with a Sales Manager to exceed these goals.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (preferred but not required)
Drive and competitiveness required to crush sales goals
