Job Description
What you'll do: Accountability around both quantitative KPIs (drafting and filing pleadings, depositions, mediations, trials, and hearings; successfully resolving at least 5 cases per month and examining at least 5 new cases a month for litigation) and qualitative projects. Try at least 2 jury trials a year.
Who do we want? We prefer a legal professional with 4-7 years in litigation experience, ideally with experience in the personal injury law sector. Demonstrated competent legal skills with the ability to join a team or drive a team towards excellence. Experience in modern operational software and technology platforms, including FileVine, O365, and LeadDocket. Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex legal strategies. A commitment to the firm's values of integrity, empathy, and client-first service, with a focus on developing and implementing processes that enhance client satisfaction and firm performance. Ability to operate autonomously, make informed decisions, and lead with a results-driven, not effort-driven, approach.
