Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Pre-Litigation Attorney.
Proven track record in pre-litigation case management and negotiation.
Experience handling cases involving commercial motor vehicles.
Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability.
Desire or willingness to work on litigation files is a plus.
5 years of Personal Injury litigation experience.
Prior experience managing multiple pre-litigation teams.
Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes.
Experience with commercial cases is advantageous.
Graduate of an ABA-accredited law school.
Current member of the Texas Bar in good standing.
Education and Certifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
Active membership in the Texas Bar Association.
Skills:

Proficiency in legal research and case analysis.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
