Job Summary The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will have a crucial role in overseeing our technology team and advancing the development of our healthcare products. Ensure our products meet the highest security, privacy, and regulatory compliance standards.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and sales.
Translate the CEO's vision into a clear and actionable technology roadmap.
Deliver products on time and within budget.
Mandatory Skills Must have at least 15 years of experience in the IT field, with at least five to seven years of experience in a leadership role.
Deep understanding of healthcare technology trends and regulations (preferred)
Proven track record of building and leading high-performing technology teams.
Experience in developing and launching secure and compliant healthcare products.
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Visionary mindset with a passion for innovation.
Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into technical solutions.
