Position Summary
We are looking for an entrepreneurial professional to become part of our growing consulting firm. Our ideal candidate would work their way into an equity position within the firm over a 3-5 year period
Purpose of role
To contribute to and drive CTD’s growth and business model strategies to establish him/herself as a key resource of the firm.
Role and Responsibilities
o Learn the business by shadowing and partnering with BH to manage her portfolio
Strategy
Relationships
Delivery
o Business development
Create strategies to develop a portfolio of clients and work
> New clients
> Expansion within current CTD clients
o Contribute to revenue goals through client work delivery
o Participate in and own key CTD initiatives.
Example: Updated/expanded coaching product
o Integrate into CTD
Build relationships
Leverage current processes
Identify opportunities for improvement
Strategic client delivery support
Identify opportunistic business opportunities
The ideal candidate will have:
o 10+ years of professional experience including consulting and executive coaching
o BA or BS
o Experience with and understanding of:
corporate structure and dynamics
business operations
HR and OD functions , principles, tools and trends
o Strong demonstrated business acumen and curiosity
o Experience and comfort level around executive leadership
o Demonstrated initiative, self-starter- driven as part of a team (Hungry, Humble, Smart)
o Strong interpersonal skills and judgement
o Proven strategic thinker
o Great sense of accountability
o Located in Central Ohio or Denver preferred
