Purple Lotus is recruiting for our Dispatcher position. This is a full-time position within our delivery department, reporting directly to our Lead Delivery Coordinator.
Functions:
Plan optimal routes to maximize deliveries per driver using Onfleet (previous Onfleet experience PLUS)
Confirm Treez orders
Navigation of Onfleet System
Communicate with drivers changes in address, updates about order contents
Communicate with customers about order updates , route delays / changes
Helping take customer orders
Adjust customer order totals
Changing delivery windows
Navigate iHeartJane
Adjust delivery windows to maximize orders for the day, and create route density
Create manual orders in Onfleet when Treez does not push order through
improvise solutions to dispatch issues as they arise, escalating to the appropriate management as needed.
Ownership of delivery team performance while on duty
Ability to defuse and resolve problematic situations in a calm and professional manner.
Maximizes all situations and takes every possible interaction scenario to the best suitable conclusion.
Interacts efficiently with the team and Delivery department as needed.
Adheres to all company policies regarding attendance, meal and break periods.
Manage dispatch employees by making sure there are no route conflicts in their work and ensuring that maximum deliveries are being routed at all times
Answer basic questions regarding all cannabis products, both in-store and delivery deals.
Act as an ambassador of Purple Lotus and embody Purple Lotus' core values: Humility, Excellence, and Resilience.

Dispatch is responsible for ensuring the top-of-the-line customer experience that Purple Lotus customers have come to expect when calling in or ordering delivery with us. This position is accountable for executing initiatives that achieve all hospitality goals at Purple Lotus.
This position is responsible for complying with all policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and all other operational objectives of the business. This position is also responsible for executing visual standards, presentation requirements, meeting customer needs and product performance.
Requirements:
Must be 21+ years old
Must have a reliable transportation to and back from work.
Experience: Customer service experience: 2 years (Required)
Call Center experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Cannabis experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Previous Dispatch Experience (Required)
Weekends Required
