**Description**
**SUMMARY**: The Amusements Team Leader is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of Carousel Gardens and Storyland. The primary role of the position is to facilitate a safe and pleasant experience for all guests who come to the park.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES** (Other duties may be assigned):
* Serve as guest first point of contact for the Amusement Park/Storyland;
* Respond to customer concerns and provide excellent customer service during all interactions;
* Ensure all rides are properly and adequately staffed;
* Ensure a safe experience for all guests;
* Open and/or close the facility as required by the schedule;
* Monitor and ensure satisfactory conditions and cleanliness of the entire facility;
* Monitor condition and level of inventory and equipment; process orders as necessary;
* Ensure that all labor and safety guidelines are being adhered to, during park operation;
* Responding to, facilitating and/or assisting with park safety incidents as a representative of management;
* Ensure that all staff is following policies and procedures;
* Provides assistance with park sponsored fundraising events;
* Other duties as assigned.
**QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:**
High school/ GED with three years experience in customer service
