Associate Clinical Director
(LPCC, LISW, Ph.D, PsyD)
for full-time positions at our
Dennison Ave
location.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000 per year. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:
Must have an active LPCC, LISW, Ph.D, or PsyD licensure
Managing therapist's caseloads
Interviewing new therapists
On-boarding new therapists
Liaison for the therapists with HR
Lead communications with therapists related to new policies and procedures
Beneficial Skills & Experience:
Experience working with a diverse population
Experience providing couple's therapy
Experience working with children and adolescents
Understand and embody the spirit of diversity and inclusion
Excellent clinical skills, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions
