**Position Summary:**

Reporting to the Director of Operations Support Services, the Warehouse Manager manages the Equipment Services department, including P&L, inventory, maintenance, shipping and receiving of capital assets and critical assets in support of field operations activities.

**Position Responsibilities:**

Manage and procure safety equipment and certifications

Manage and procure all field equipment for wastewater flow monitoring and condition assessment services

Assess equipment needs, based on current and future known projects, equipment inventory, and number of equipment out for repair/replacement; then procure all needed equipment, keeping within corporate guidelines

Keep an accurate inventory of all capital and critical assets, to include: brand/make; model; model number; purchase date, vendor and dollar amount; serial number; quantity on hand; condition; and current location

Generate monthly inventory, repair cost and equipment availability reports

Generate equipment life cycle reports to calculate equipment failure rate and project future purchases

Identify vendors, negotiate pricing and terms and procure equipment in a timely manner

Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance of all equipment to spot potential problems before they arise

Maintenance/repairs of all equipment

Ship equipment to offices in a timely manner as needed for their projects

Accept returned equipment and assess for needed maintenance or repair, storing them in a safe and secure manner

Special projects as assigned

**Essential Skills & Experience:**

Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution or 8 years of relevant inventory management experience within a professional environment

5 years of related prior work experience with inventory management, supply chain, warehouse etc.

Previous experience managing and administering an Inventory Management Software (IMS)

Experience with vendor management, procurement, contract negotiation and purchasing

Excellent communication skills; ability to convey information effectively; understand ideas and information presented in writing and verbally

Manage work load to meet deadlines; flexibility to adjust work load to changing demands

Ability to prioritize and multi-task; thorough and detail-oriented; highly organized

Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT) and Internet

**Preferred Skills and Experience:**

Experience with professional services or civil engineering

Experience working within MS Access

Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certifications

**Physical Demands & Work Environment:**

Personal Protective Equipment: None required in office. If working in field, must wear steel-toe boots, Class 2 or Class 3 safety vest, high visibility T-shirt, leather gloves, safety glasses, hard hat and other standard equipment required by assignment or job task.
