**Responsibilities:**
+ Establishing and adjusting work sequences to meet the service/construction schedule for the project.
+ Plans, Organizes and coordinates delivery or scheduling of project materials and equipment.
+ Producing layout drawings and code calculations.
+ Reading and interpreting specifications, plans and contract documents and preparing sketches of proposed work.
+ Analyzing and resolving work related problems.
+ Setting, monitoring and enforcing standards in safety, quality, productivity and leadership.
+ Conducting daily jobsite safety and quality control inspections to ensure jobsite and employee safety
+ Ensuring that all deficiencies are corrected in a timely manner.
+ Coordinating work with other Trades and Sub-Contractors on the job site.
+ Executing daily reports regarding the job progress and any problems encountered
+ Holding others accountable for production and quality.
+ Conduct daily morning briefings with your work force to set tasks, goals and receive any questions that may arise
**Skills:**
+ Journeyman license
+ Electrical code
+ Conduit bending
**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**
+ At least five years as a supervisor managing crews and schedules.
+ Active journeyman or master electrician license.
+ OSHA-30 Certification
+ Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and construction safety requirements.
+ Contractor Coordination, Procurement & Materials Management
+ Creating project schedules
+ Communication & Interpersonal skills
+ Computer Skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
