A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT - SALES
As our Senior Vice President - Sales, you are at the forefront of driving new business development and expanding our customer base nationwide. Your strategic vision and leadership inspire and empower our sales teams to not only achieve but exceed their sales goals. Partnering closely with Regional Sales leaders, you ensure a cohesive and impactful sales strategy that aligns with our operational success. Your laser focus on customer satisfaction will guide every interaction and decision, guaranteeing an exceptional experience for our valued clients. Your years of solution-based selling experience shines as you develop and execute the team's sales plan, driving them towards exceeding their revenue targets.
Your relationships extend beyond our organization as you build a diverse network of influential industry figures, key community partners, strategic allies, and prospective clients. As a visionary leader, you actively participate in recruiting, hiring, and developing top talent, providing formal and informal training to nurture their growth. Your ability to shape and influence the behaviors of others will have a lasting impact on the team's success. Drawing from your experience and expertise, you actively engage in the RFP process and your analytical sales approach and financial acumen guide the development of complex proposals that address clients' ever-changing needs. Qualifications
Minimum of eight years of solution-based sales experience
Minimum of five years experience managing a sales teams
Proven track record of initiating and successfully driving new business partnerships with a history of meeting and exceeding revenue goals
Ability to balance a strong book of business while leading a sales team
Flexibility to travel up to 50%, including overnights
Valid driver's license required
