We are seeking an experienced Program Manager / Portfolio Lead to join our firm as a dedicated full-time employee. This is an onsite role, and we are looking for qualified candidates in Dallas.
Responsibilities:
Manage customer stakeholders and provide weekly / monthly status updates.
Track and report Support and Development SLAS and KPIs.
Provide leadership and be responsible for consolidated executive summary and detailed weekly status, as well as ad-hoc status requests.
Conduct team sessions to discuss on improvement areas and value ideas.
Manage effective utilization of resources across ASM and AD tracks.
Bridge Waterfall and Agile methodologies to ensure alignment.
Responsible for resource balancing and planning of resources for new Projects.
Demonstrate credibility as a business partner to ensure business and technology decisions are reached to support business goals and objectives.
Establish and drive long-term relationships across all required verticals.
Qualifications and Experience:
12 + years’ experience in managing Application Development & Support; coordination with Infrastructure teams and 3rd party vendors.
Bachelor is required. Preferred a degree in technology or IS.
Experience in productivity improvement initiatives, track, and measure SLAs, KPI with continuous improvement and Automation.
Must have experience with Healthcare Provider side (EMR/EHR / Clinical & non-Clinical Apps) along with Claim Processing and Revenue Cycle Management.
Good experience with any one EMR/EHR – Cerner, EPIC, Athena or any other popular EMRc
At least 3 to 5 years’ experience managing a portfolio of Custom Apps, COTS, AS 400, EMR/HER, Mainframe and Cloud modernization Proven Program management and technical project management capabilities.
Proven ability to lead technology teams in complex environments.
Preferred experience working with both Applications and Infra delivery teams.
Ability to work across varying levels of an organization.
Experience in executive level reporting.
Experience and knowledge delivering solutions using Agile methodologies.
Ability to work permanently in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
Must be in the Dallas area; with ability to work on the client site 100% of the time.
