Job Duties:

Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
3 years of experience, specifically in energy transition finance matters.
Experience handling transactions in financing and M&A of energy transition projects and companies, with expertise in tax equity and renewable energy tax credit monetization.
Strong analytical and writing skills with attention to detail.
Good business judgment and excellent organizational skills.

Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
