Job Duties:
Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
Produce high-quality deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence in an efficient and responsive manner.
Provide timely, accurate, and quality work product in debt finance transactions.
Meet deadlines, manage client expectations, and perform required work duties effectively.
Foster positive work relationships with colleagues and clients.
Comply with all firm policies and practices, including ethical standards and confidentiality.
Engage in both physical and sedentary activities, such as extended computer work, virtual conference calls, and occasional in-person meetings.
Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned by senior attorneys or partners.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a nationally recognized law school.
Admission to practice law in Pennsylvania.
5-7 years of specific experience in debt finance transactions, including bilateral, syndicated, and sponsor-backed deals.
Proven track record of managing complex financial transactions for banks and private credit funds.
Skills:
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
