Position Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all marketing functions, with a strategic emphasis on TOF sales activities and deliverables.
Drive internal lead generation and marketing communications, ensuring alignment across teams and maintaining a robust Marketing Calendar.
Forge strong partnerships with sales, clinical, product, and customer support teams to drive cohesive marketing initiatives.
Oversee product marketing efforts, collaborating with Product to communicate updates and launch new solutions to market.
Uphold Marketing MQL and SAL goals, providing guidance to support inside sales performance.
Champion weekly and monthly TOF reporting, identifying key insights and optimization opportunities in collaboration with Sales Ops.
Collaborate with leadership to identify and capitalize on new TOF opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Safeguard the brand integrity across all marketing materials and external partnerships.
Coordinate with external partners including PR agencies, healthcare media partners, and digital marketing agencies to amplify our impact.
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
Proven track record of driving growth in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the healthcare or technology sector.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Creative mindset with a flair for innovative marketing solutions.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
Experience managing marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
Compensation $200k-$225k, Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA, 401k, PTO
