Senior Account Executive

Guide the day-to-day development of multiple, often simultaneous, adverting initiatives within approved plans
Demonstrate deep knowledge and command of clients’ businesses
Foster partnerships with clients and manages expectations while delivering work that is creatively driven and executed flawlessly on time and on budget
Proactively identify potential challenges that could put project timelines in jeopardy and bring solutions to the forefront
Collaborate effectively with others and contribute relevant insights, feedback, and probing questions
Work with media and production departments to ensure necessary media placement paperwork is issued and insertion deadlines are met
Attend face-to-face client meetings, as well as draft communication reports documenting client decisions and feedback
Engage with clients independently on tactical initiatives
Draft project and production budgets, and work with business managers on a monthly basis to ensure accurate billing
Review competitive/industry news and alert clients with relevant insights
Train and mentor Assistant Account Executives and actively participate in agency initiatives
Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
Three or more years of agency or relevant experience
Digital and social channel experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Ability to travel as needed
