Growing wealth management firm seeks a full-time, experienced Client Service Specialist. This position is based out of their San Francisco office. The ideal candidate has at least three years of relevant industry experience, is organized and professional, focused on details, and takes initiative.
RESPONSIBILITES:
Provide client relationship management by monitoring client communications and completing client requests
Collaborate with client service team - producing reports, and data input
Communicate with clients and complete operational/administrative requests
Monitor and initiate service requests with custodians on behalf of client
Assist opening accounts, reregistering accounts, stock option exercise, cost basis research, processing stock donations and RMDs, and distributions/asset transfers
Create portfolios in portfolio management system and update CRM
Contribute to Quarter-End client reporting process (producing, reviewing and delivering all client reports)
Oversee the correct execution of client service procedures for the firm. Continually research and implement more efficient and effective policies and procedures for client service/reporting expectations
QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years of experience in the wealth management, brokerage, or investment advisory/consulting industry required
4-year college degree strongly preferred
Experience working with custodians (Schwab/TDA, Fidelity, Pershing) for client requests and problem solving. Experience working with Orion Advisor Technology software a huge plus
Previous experience in professional client service is required
Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication skills
Demonstrates a high level of professionalism with confidential and sensitive information and all clients
Acute attention to detail
Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance
Ability to manage priorities and workflow and work independently
SALARY:
$80-90k base, plus exceptional benefits
