Minimum Qualifications:
10 years of operations experience at a Vice Presidential level
Strong customer service skills
Executive level leadership abilities
Essential Position Responsibilities:
Manage team of Operations Management staff, evaluate the effectiveness of these individuals in carrying out required client and company objectives
Security Industry experience is not required although the candidate must be able to demonstrate skills and experience equivalent to or exceeding the position
This is a 24 hour a day business that never closes.
Conduct proactive evaluations of risk management and risk mitigation
