Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing

We’re looking for a growth-oriented, metrics-driven, bold & creative thinker to drive lead acquisition, pipeline growth, and revenue generation. In this highly collaborative role, you’ll report to the VP of Marketing and work cross-functionally with sales, account management, content, product marketing, and marketing operations to align demand generation initiatives with business goals and objectives for our platform and products. Experience marketing to health plans, providers, and/or digital health companies is strongly preferred.

You will:

Demand Gen Strategy

Develop and execute comprehensive, compelling demand generation strategies to achieve targets for lead acquisition, pipeline growth, and revenue generation.

Segment target audiences effectively and tailor targeted account based campaign strategies to resonate with each segment, leveraging data-driven insights.

Performance Metrics & Analytics

Own and optimize key performance metrics related to Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), including lead volume, quality, and conversion rates.

Utilize marketing automation and CRM systems and AI tools to track campaign performance, analyze results, and iterate on strategies for continuous improvement in collaboration with marketing operations.

Manage all programs, events, and campaigns to budget

Multi-Channel Campaigns

Lead and manage cross-functional end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, which may include email marketing, webinars, events, paid advertising, content, social, and other digital strategies.

Oversee website lead optimization efforts, including SEO, CRO, and lead capture mechanisms, to drive continuous improvement in website conversion rates and lead generation, including managing digital agency relationships.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in demand generation and B2B SaaS marketing.

Event Management & Optimization

Manage and optimize 1upHealth’s event strategy ensuring maximum brand visibility and including planning, execution, and post-event follow-up to ensure lead generation, ROI and brand visibility (some travel required).

Copywriting

Write high-impact, compelling, audience-centric copy for marketing campaigns, including website, landing pages, email sequences, and ad copy.

You have:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

5-7 years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry; experience targeting health plans, healthcare providers and/or digital health companies is a major plus.

Proven track record of driving MQLs, pipeline growth, and revenue through effective demand generation strategies.

Strong Excel and analytical skills; ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.

Experience with analytics + AI tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.

Strong writing skills across multiple marketing channels.

Creative thinker with a growth mindset and willingness to experiment with new ideas and approaches.

Experience managing and optimizing marketing automation platforms (Pardot) and CRM systems (Salesforce).

Proven experience in managing website lead optimization efforts and driving inbound traffic and qualified leads.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Experience in end-to-end event management including pre-, onsite, and post-event planning, execution, and optimization.
