CRM Segmentation Specialist (NJUS)

Purpose of Position This position will work as a liaison between the Marketing team and cross-functional departments such as Sales, IT, Data Governance, Owner Insights and Legal to understand requirements needed for CRM process and system enhancements and ensure that they are executed appropriately. While doing so, an individual in this position will be responsible for ensuring that the CRM is set up in a way that allows for efficient and accurate data collection and segmentation. Additional duties include assisting in CRM data gathering and analysis.
Tasks and Responsibilities Collaborate with departments such as IT, BI&A, Sales, HR, Data Governance and Legal to explore enhancements to CRM processes.
Act as the "Voice of the Customer" to be relied upon for the CRM Development team for any enhancements or bug fixes.
Ensure proper processes are in place to build accurate segmented audiences, that can be pulled efficiently, for communications such wide-spread weather impacts, regional event invites, or other special events.
Collaborate with Legal to ensure best practices are maintained in data gathering and utilization efforts.
Additional duties include assisting in CRM data gathering and analysis and supporting efforts of the CRM Marketing Team in Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud. This includes, but is not limited to, pulling data as required for execution of Marketing Department initiatives.
Education Bachelor's in Marketing or Computer Science Years of Experience 2-4 years of experience Core Competencies Adaptability Collaboration Curiosity Service-Oriented Strives For Positive Results Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs) Detail/task oriented, organized, and conscientious
Professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong work ethic, self-motivated, positive, personable, and ability to develop relationships
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
Not required but preferred: Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, Tableau
