Duties and Responsibilities: Participate in weekly staff meetings and special events as needed
Responsible for planning, organizing, managing, and executing projects from beginning to end
Responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and with excellence
Responsible for workflow and project management for a specific set of creative projects, including design, social, print, digital content, web, video, and events
Clearly define and scope projects and allocate resources to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, including digital and social content, collateral, print, video, specialty items, and events
Identify and manage appropriate external vendors, including freelance creative talent, developers, production, printers, etc.
May develop and manage budgets by tracking team labor hours and external costs
Provide quality assurance for all projects, including proofreading and reviewing brand guidelines and ensuring that files are properly packaged for vendors and clients
Identify and communicate potential pitfalls, changes to scope, and alternative solutions to the Communications Manager
Track project successes/failures after completion to gain an understanding of budgets and future projects
Connect with staff to listen to project specifications (written and verbal) and translate requests into actionable creative project specifications
Collaborate with team members to ensure successful project outcome
All other duties as assigned
