The Azure Solutions and Ecosystem Team is the center of gravity for Independent Software Vendor (ISV) and Global System Integrator (GSI) Partner engineering in Azure. Our organization is looking for a Principal Product Manager to rapidly mature our ecosystem of Global Sis and their supporting platform. Our enduring goal is to improve the quality of their solutions, and a GSI’s ability to help customers modernize and migrate successfully to Azure with minimal friction. As part of our Product Management team, you will focus on defining a cross division strategy, aligning with key stakeholders, and driving measurable improvements in the Azure platform, programs, and collaboration across the rest of Microsoft
We work closely with our ecosystem and internal business groups on opportunities that span the entire product lifecycle - from incubation to sell-in to launching global products. As a member of our team, you’ll be part of growing a multi-billion-dollar business, charting new areas of innovation, and contributing to our partnership engagements that build, and marketing and launch solutions worldwide. In this team, you will share accountability with other team members to drive product, portfolio, and investment strategy for Azure partner ecosystem, growing a multi-billion-dollar business across all solution areas

Responsibilities
Responsibilities Include:
Developing and implementing strategies, business management and operational processes that deliver excellence, clarity, and consistency for our internal teams to successfully plan and drive revenue and positive outcomes for our partners.
Synthesizing requirements to improve the underlying Azure platform for our Solutions Partners
Demonstrating a strategic growth mindset, drive positive business impact, and continuously learn and innovate.
Being action-oriented and delivering results through others beyond the team as well.
Contributing and build collaboration within diverse teams and contribute to a diverse and inclusive team culture.
Engaging directly with internal business partners to gain insights into our partner portfolio and how we operate and lead businesses.
Delivering inspire through storytelling and communication skills.
Defining and leading strategic planning, execution, and operations management for the Azure Core engineering team with high ISV/GSI impact
Driving excellence through clear and consistent ISV & GSI operations.
Leading cross-team steering committees for each incentive or investment to create a One Microsoft approach.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
OR equivalent experience.
Other Requirements
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Additional Or Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
OR equivalent experience
Previous experience with Microsoft Technologies and ecosystem partners desired
Experience managing product launches/rollouts, and partner/ecosystem readiness.
Product Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $158,500 - $276,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $202,800 - $304,200 per year.
