Position Summary

We're looking for a Product Manager with deep AI experience who has a proven track record of owning and being the face of product offerings from business case to product requirements definition to launch, including proven product-market fit with well-defined and tracked metrics that correlate to a deep understanding of what success looks like for the overall business.

This position will

Lead the creation of new product offerings that provide clear and compelling value to Enterprises deploying and operating AI applications.

Be primarily focused on understanding customers' requirements via leading customer meetings and attending industry events, and continuously testing vision and value to establish, test, and adjust for continuous and compelling product market fit.

Be the face of the new product offerings at customer, community, and industry events as a presenter and speaker able to evangelize vision and value.

Maintain a deep understanding of the market landscape from start-ups to large incumbents.

Influence cross-functional teams across all parts of F5 to deliver the best outcomes for F5 and its customers.

Define and articulate problem statements tied to market opportunities to inform product requirements and priorities.

Work collaboratively with Engineering and Architecture counterparts to deliver product offerings and roadmaps with velocity.

Collaborate with sales, marketing and other functional teams to drive GTM activities including strategy, content creation, sales enablement, customer outreach, and continuously measuring against KPIs for success.

Engage with customers to drive adoption of cloud-based, SaaS offerings and bring actionable insights to the business.

Establish clear and measurable metrics and KPIs for transparent tracking of what success means now and into the future.

Be accountable for the success of product offerings and their capabilities with visibility for business reviews.

Desirable skills, experience and qualifications Demonstrated success bringing a new product to market from inception to quantifiable success.

Deep understanding of Enterprise requirements for deploying and operating AI, ML, and/or NLP applications.

Demonstrated success in defining, deploying, and realizing (or on the path towards it) product-market fit for an AI, ML, and/or NLP product offering focused on infrastructure software or network capabilities.

Deep knowledge of the AI landscape, specifically for infrastructure software and network capabilities, including the emerging use of LLMs.

Demonstrated success in defining and deploying SaaS applications to quantifiable success.

Experience working with industry analysts, establishing and nurturing relationships.

Effective stakeholder management with a talent for leading with influence, and a preference for achieving consensus in decision making.

Ability to straddle across strategy, technical depth, and execution in product delivery.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Solid understanding of modern application architectures, web applications and APIs.

Proven track record as a Product Manager with a deep understanding of the discipline of product management and a track record of demonstrating and leading excellence and acting as a true partner to Engineering in the rituals of developing products.

Understanding of application security needs and technologies: WAF, WAAP, authN/Z solutions.

Minimum 8-years of experience in product management with prior people management experience

Minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering. A graduate degree in science, engineering or business is a plus or equivalent qualifications/experience.

The annual U.S. base pay range for this position is: $178,021.00 - $267,031.00

The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
