U.S. Electrical Services, Inc./Maurice Electrical Supply Company has an opportunity at our Landover, MD location for Switchgear Bid Coordinator.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with Manufacture's upcoming bids to ensure they have all Specifications and Drawings for the bid proposal as well as Switchgear Department estimator.

Ensures Switchgear estimators receive quotations from the manufacturers for bids.

Maintain daily filing of bids and closed projects.

Track Department leave.

Responsible for monthly Switchgear Department Sales report.

Opportunity for growth and promotion.

Assist with generating project close out documentation.

Opportunity for quarterly bonuses based on personal and team performances.

Other duties assigned by manager.

Minimum Qualifications

College Degree preferred but not required

Electrical Product Knowledge a plus.
