Job Summary:

Our ideal Territory Sales Manager will have in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. We’re seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others. The role demands a leader with an ability to create and maintain a high-performance sales force with a high technical company. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media. The ability to set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

Collaborate with team to achieve better results.

Primary Responsibilities:

Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them

Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, and projecting future performance.

Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships

Meeting planned sales goals

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

Expands customer base and extends global reach

Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs

Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships

Proven success rate at levels above quotas

Ability to work in a fast paced, exciting environment

Excellent organizational, time-management and prioritization skills

The ability to work both independently and within a team environment

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration

3 years in sales management within a corporate setting

EV experience a huge plus

Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Firefox, specific software programs used by Blink Network

Superb leadership ability

Ability to travel at least 20-40% of the time

Work Authorization: United States (required)

Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work may require occasional travel, weekend and/or evening work.
