Position Overview:
We have an exciting opportunity in our Aerial Work Platforms business, part of our Terex family of brands. The Strategy Program Manager has responsibility for coordinating efforts related to Genie's business excellence assessments. The person in this role will enable the organization to achieve performance excellence through the improvement and deployment of our business assessment strategy.

This is a one-of-a-kind role within Genie and Terex as we deploy and mature our business operating system
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about learning, building and sustaining something new, and understands that even the most mature processes are only effective with capable, empowered, and engaged people
This role will teach, train, and empower stakeholders at all levels of the organization on the concepts of process maturity, continuous improvement and quality

Responsibilities:
Manage our business excellence assessmentprogram, aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
Execute business assessments, drive strategic alignment, and develop program strategy
Work with executive and global leaders to execute program needs and empower positive change
Develop and implement communication plans to support program initiatives
Create and deliver internal train-the-trainer workshops as education and deployment of our business operating system
Identify, track and manage program risks and create associated action plans
Maintain relationships to ensure alignment across functions with Genie's long-term strategic plan
Travel domestically and internationally to key Terex and Genie sites to effectively collaborate and empower cross-functional teams in pursuit of common goals; up to 40-50%travel during certain times of the year
Actively promote and enable Terex diversity, inclusion, and equity (DEI) goals & initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required (Business preferred) or 7+ years professional work experience
Minimum 4-5 yearswork experience (internships and co-op experience included)
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years total experience in project management or consulting
Excellent communication, PowerPoint, and presentation skills
Experience with program management and execution
Experience leading business process improvements in cross-functional teams
Demonstrated ability to influence areas not under direct control to achieve goals and effectively communicate opportunities for improvement
Structured problem-solving approach and evidence-based action planning
Experience in an international business environment& ability to interact successfully in diverse cultures
Strong collaboration skills and ability to motivate and inspire teams
Demonstrated ability in critical thinking, influence, negotiation, problem solving, and strategic thinking
Language:
Excellent written and spoken English
Salary : The base salary range for this position is $80,800 - $121,200 . All eligible Team Members will be offered health insurance (medical, dental, vision, Rx), life insurance, accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D), short-term and long-term disability, extended leave options, paid time off, company holidays, 401k matching, employee stock purchase plan, legal assistance, wellness programs,
