Partner Strategy and Program Marketing Manager
Contract: Through Dec 2024
Pay Rate: $8,500 - $9,300/month

Responsibilities:
Execute and contribute to developing product/campaign strategies with partners and internal/external stakeholders.
Conduct research to understand the partner’s financials and strategic priorities.
Map partner capabilities and priorities with organizational goals and strategies to ensure strategic alignment.
Develop integrated campaigns with partners/customers based on initial research and audience segmentation.
Use and develop materials and collateral to promote the product and support the campaign.
Align with the larger editorial/storytelling calendar to ensure consistency with other processes.
Develop new partner capabilities and opportunities through partner experiences.
Measure the impact of end-to-end partner experiences through sell-through, customer, and partner standpoints.
Evaluate return on investment (ROI).
Ensure and accelerate partner-to-partner collaboration in marketing activities to build the impact of partner experiences and sell-through.
Serve as a compliance advocate to ensure privacy, brand, financial, Corporate, External and Legal Affairs (CELA), and Human Resources (HR) compliance of products, processes, and policies.
Drive partner compliance education through training and education on compliance and policies.
Own and drive trusted partner relationships to work towards mutual business objectives and align with partner priorities.
Advise and inform partners on best practices through deep industry knowledge.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to market products and enhance offerings.
Build trust and credibility in new and existing relationships with internal teams.
Manage escalations to and from stakeholders.
Identify and connect customer/partner opportunities with internal stakeholders and advocate for customers/partners.
Pull and collect data and metrics to complete analyses.
Identify trends in partner and competitive data to help assess the impact of campaigns/projects.
Adapt partner strategies based on feedback and data evaluation.
Use deep marketing/industry expertise to provide feedback to stakeholders and partners.
Share and scale successes, opportunities for improvement, best practices, and learnings internally and externally (e.g., case studies, industry events, training contributions).
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training required.
5+ years of related experience required.
US Channel Partner Marketing Experience is preferred.
Top 3 Hard Skills Required:
Minimum 5+ years experience with SharePoint and PowerPoint.
Minimum 5+ years experience with Analytics and insight.
Minimum 5+ years experience with Strategic planning.
