The IT Support Analyst serves as a resource for SeQuential employees regarding information technology and equipment. What you will do:
Monitor the support queue, document issues and escalate system and application issues to high support tiers as needed. Communicate ticket status to end users.
Conduct formal/informal technical training regarding end user applications and acceptable practices.
Participate in software upgrades and deployment to gain an understanding of new functionality. Stay on top of new software features.
Experience and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
2 years professional work experience
Proficient skills with Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira
Salary: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour
