**Job Description Summary** This front-line Mid-Market Field Sales Manager will lead a team of experienced Adobe Mid-Market Field Account Managers (Digital Media) who take the lead on driving new and recurring revenue within their named accounts. This role supports sales in Adobes Digital Media organization which boasts first-class software solutions like: Adobe Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, Sign, Stock and 3D. This leader will be responsible for hiring, training, and mentoring outstanding sellers who close enterprise level business with multiple customer personas. The team works closely with their Product Success teams to ensure Adobes continued growth in all Digital Media products. We are looking to hire for our rapidly expanding team! The Mid-Market Sales Manager will lead a team of sales professionals to drive growth within our named customer accounts. Success metrics for the position are team-wide quota attainment, total revenue growth, and strategic customer wins in your team. Sales can be made through multichannel and outbound sales activities. Strategic customer travel expected up to 15% of your time.
