Branch Manager - 6209 Poplar

Manages all functions and has ultimate responsibility for achievement of sales goals, operational activities and staff of a branch. Develop new outside business. Oversee and ensure sales of new and existing business inside the branch and promote new sales generation outside the branch. Ensure quality levels of branch customer service. Ensure development and training of branch staff. Promote positive bank image within the community. Oversee administration of all personnel issues. Ensure the protection of all branch assets. Operate branch within budget. All Branch Managers must adhere to all Bank policies, procedures and all compliance regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
-2-4 years relevant branch operations and/or branch sales experience or related experience such as retail management or financial sales.
-Must have 3-5 years of business development experience.
-Trained in and applies effective sales techniques. Proven sales and negotiations experience. Understands sales management processes.
-Knowledgeable on banks products and delivery channels.
-Possesses excellent negotiation and sales skills.
-Effective customer and public relation skills.
-Effective leadership, management, coaching, presentation and training skills.
-Effective problem solving and program management skills.
-Excellent customer service skills.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills.
-Skilled in applicable computer software applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
