IT Program Manager (Active TS/SCI Required)

IT Program ManagerWe are seeking an IT Program Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee multiple, cross-functional technology programs from conception through execution. You'll manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring that our engineering and IT solutions align with organizational goals. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership to drive results across complex programs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead planning and execution of large-scale IT and engineering programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standardsManage program scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple projectsPartner with technical leads, software developers, and systems engineers to deliver high-impact solutionsIdentify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and challenges throughout the program lifecycleCommunicate program progress, challenges, and milestones to executive stakeholders and technical teamsDrive process improvement and promote best practices in program management, agile delivery, and IT governanceEnsure compliance with company and industry standards for cybersecurity, data integrity, and operational excellenceQualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, and/or BusinessMinimum of 7 years of experience in IT program or project management, preferably in technology or engineering environmentsProven track record of leading complex, multi-disciplinary technology initiativesStrong understanding of software development lifecycles, infrastructure management, and system integrationExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency with program management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project)Preferred:PMP, PgMP, or Agile/Scrum certificationClearance Required:TS/SCI w/ polyAbout MissionovoWe are a mission-driven technology and engineering company dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that advance national security and achieve decisive outcomes.
