Network Engineer (Active TS/SCI Required)

Network EngineerWe are seeking a Network Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure that supports critical operations and advanced technologies. The ideal candidate will be passionate about network performance, cybersecurity, and continuous improvement—someone who thrives in a collaborative, engineering-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, and optimize LAN/WAN networks, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless systemsMonitor network performance and ensure system reliability, availability, and securityImplement and maintain network redundancy, failover, and disaster recovery solutionsTroubleshoot network issues and provide support for escalated incidentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects and new technology integrationsDocument network configurations, standards, and proceduresStay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in network engineering and cybersecurityQualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and/or EngineeringMinimum of 5 years of experience in network design, implementation, and supportProficiency with routers, switches, firewalls (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.), and network monitoring toolsStrong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, BGP, OSPF, and MPLSPreferred:Experience with network automation, SD-WAN, or cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP)Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent)Clearance Required:TS/SCI w/ polyAbout MissionovoWe are a mission-driven technology and engineering company dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that advance national security and achieve decisive outcomes.
