Customer Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

We’re seeking a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic in-house marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who is not only a car enthusiast but who is also passionate about leveraging ESPs and creative tools to create targeted email, SMS, and automated journeys to not only retain customers but also increase healthy engagement. What You Will Do:
- Plan, design, create, and organize dynamic marketing automations and campaigns that are designed to prolong the customer lifecycle and engaged between purchases.
- Held responsible for sending (multiple) campaigns daily.
- Analyze data trends to tailor frequency and communication to targeted segments.
- Manage subscriber database to ensure list health and optimization.
- Create graphics and copy that are targeted to segmented audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute daily email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and personalized communications for our segmented audiences.
- Create email templates that visually accommodate and work cross-platform.
- Manage SMS marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Monitor and optimize browse abandonment and abandoned cart recovery strategies.
- Create and refine post-purchase follow-up sequences to encourage repeat purchases and customer feedback.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align campaigns with overall business objectives and customer insights.
- Ensure all marketing communications align with our brand voice and regulatory standards.
- Develop monthly send schedules and A/B tests to ensure optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
- Professional experience with ESPs such as Hubspot, Klayvio, Mailchimp, and Listrak.
- Strong Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator fluency.
- Ability to create working HTML email templates in a timely manner.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with metrics-driven decision making.
- Fluidity in Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with e-commerce and or retail shopping seasonality.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
9am to 6pm
In-Office or remote (based on experience level)
