7 years of attorney-level experience in government, in-house, or at a law firm.

Experience in advising on workforce change strategies including reorganizations, reductions in team and WARN compliance.

Experience in interacting with NLRB, EEOC, state and local EEO agencies on complex matters.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $224,000-$319,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Provide advice on a broad range of employment issues, including HR policies and practices, employee relations issues and investigations involving misconduct, retaliation, discrimination, harassment, performance management, recruiting, hiring, employee exits, protected leaves, reasonable disability, and religious accommodations.

Advise on workforce change-related workstreams, including reorganizations, relocation strategies, job eliminations, adverse impact analyses, severance obligations, and compliance with federal and state notification laws, including WARN and OWBPA. Provide training to HR staff on legal issues related to workforce change matters.

Advise on compensation-related practices, pay equity matters, wage and hour compliance.

Manage and supervise outside counsel on all types of employment litigation, including class, collective, and representative actions, single plaintiff actions, matters involving novel legal theories, agency inquiries and charges, audits, and pre-litigation disputes.
