About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales to join their dynamic team. This role is the #2 biggest sales position in the organization and is pivotal in driving the success of the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 10 Business Development Managers, leading and driving the sales strategy in the region, and playing a key role in coaching, mentoring, and team selling to ensure that the region consistently exceeds targets. The role also involves navigating and collaborating within a large organization, leveraging skills to maximize impact, and contributing to the overall success of the company.Candidates for the Regional Vice President of Sales position should have a Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field, with at least 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience. Demonstrable success in shaping and executing strategic sales initiatives, particularly in the facilities or hospitality industry, is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional coaching and mentoring skills, the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a high-performance culture. Excellent organizational navigation and communication skills within a large and complex organization are also essential for this role.
